These terms cover use of Housekeepro by a property and the staff it invites.
Accounts
A property account is held by its owner, who may invite staff and assign them roles. The owner is responsible for who they invite and for removing people who leave. Staff accounts are personal — sign-in codes should not be shared.
Acceptable use
Housekeepro is for running housekeeping operations at properties you are authorised to manage. Do not use it to store guest personal data, to monitor staff beyond the operational record the product keeps, or to attempt to access another property's data.
Your data
Your property's operational data remains yours. We process it to provide the product, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or request deletion of it at any time.
Availability
We aim to keep Housekeepro available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on third parties — SMS delivery, photo analysis — can fail independently of the rest of the product.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect.
